Exhibition extended to September 25th, 2011
For the very first time, a theme exhibition which pays tribute to the bridges in the most famous monuments of Avignon- Palace of the Popes – Saint Bénezet Bridge.
Forty leading contemporary artists have joined the original idea and will be displaying their vision, their idea, their image of the bridges, whether imaginary or real, philosophical or spiritual, poetic or figurative.

2000 years of history : walking visit of the famous roman aqueduc of Provence : le Pont du Gard, ranked as UNESCO world patrimony.
Tour to Orange and free visit of the antic theatre in Orange an its impressive scene wall, the most well preserved theatre of the roman world.
Visit of Châteauneuf du Pape with a wine tasting in the Domaine Brotte's wine museum and wine and chocolate tasting at the Bernard Castelain' chocolate factory ( Chocolate master craftsman )
