Exhibition extended to September 25th, 2011
For the very first time, a theme exhibition which pays tribute to the bridges in the most famous monuments of Avignon- Palace of the Popes – Saint Bénezet Bridge.
Forty leading contemporary artists have joined the original idea and will be displaying their vision, their idea, their image of the bridges, whether imaginary or real, philosophical or spiritual, poetic or figurative.

Description :
A tour to visit the oldest city of France.You will see Notre Dame de la Garde, 19th century basilica, overlooking the phocean city, the Frioul islands and the If Castle. Driving along the corniche, we will stop in the Vallon des Auffes, where one still can see typical little fisherman boats and traditional cabins.
